Terms of Service

Lumin-Arts provides tools for developing animation projects, including AI-assisted scripts, images, audio, video, characters, project storage, collaboration, and rendering. Features may change as we improve the service or respond to provider availability.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for the account information you provide and for keeping your login details secure.

Some Lumin-Arts features use credits or usage units. The applicable price, credit amount, and service description are shown before a purchase or charge. Credits are for use within Lumin-Arts, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or resold unless we expressly allow it.

When payment is made through Stripe, Stripe processes the payment under its own terms and privacy policy. A payment made through a local or otherwise separately arranged account is handled according to the instructions and confirmation provided by Lumin-Arts. We may require payment verification before adding credits or enabling a paid feature.

You authorize Lumin-Arts and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for confirmed purchases. Taxes, bank fees, currency conversion costs, or other charges imposed by your payment provider may apply.

You retain ownership of content you upload or create, subject to the rights needed for us and our service providers to host, process, render, back up, and deliver it. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for that content, including rights to names, likenesses, music, voices, characters, and reference material.

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to other output, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output and for confirming that your final work meets your legal, creative, and commercial requirements.

You may not use Lumin-Arts to:

• Break the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or impersonate another person.
• Create or distribute malware, scams, deceptive material, or content that exploits or harms people.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, access another account, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with its operation.
• Upload content that you are not authorized to process or that violates a third party's terms.

We work to keep Lumin-Arts available, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or circumstances outside our control. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address misuse, or collect an amount due.

You may stop using your account at any time. Provisions concerning payments, content rights, acceptable use, limitations, and disputes continue to apply after access ends. Unless required by law or stated in the Refund Policy, unused credits are not automatically refundable when an account is closed.

To the extent permitted by law, Lumin-Arts is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise that every feature, model, output, or result will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a specific purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Neural Surge AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms when the service, law, or payment arrangements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
